Revamp is a textile project that provides upcycling workshops for people of any ability to learn and practice some sewing and modification techniques for clothes.

At each session a basic technical skill and a creative technique are demonstrated allowing participants to develop the knowledge and confidence to make and create their own unique clothes.

​

Materials and equipment are provided, along with a rummage pile of pre – loved textiles, just waiting to be reused, repaired, recycled and refashioned.

​

Following a series of successful workshops, funded by the East Coast Community Fund, Revamp sessions will be running again in 2024 thanks to funding from the Creatives Lives - Know Your Neighbourhood Fund.
